● Any orders placed through the site are processed, subject to the availability of stock.
● Dimensions may vary slightly.
● We've done our best to portray product colours on our website accurately. But please remember that colours can look slightly different on different screens.
● All orders must be paid for in £ sterling.
● Solar Garden Lights accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch, subject to verification.
● Regrettably, at the present time, we are unable to ship orders to the Republic of Ireland or any address outside the UK.
● The contract between you and Solar Garden Lights will be formed upon shipment of your order unless we notify you differently.
● You must be over 18 years old of age to attempt to place an order

● Where free gifts are offered the offer is valid whilst stocks last, no alternatives will be offered.

Gift Cards: 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all gift cards purchased from and issued by us. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Purchase & Delivery

Gift cards are available for purchase online only.

We are not responsible for gift cards lost, stolen, deleted, or used without permission.

3. Redemption

Gift cards can be redeemed online only at checkout.

Gift cards may be used in full or part payment for eligible products.

If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Expiry

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated.

5. Refunds & Returns

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If an item purchased using a gift card is returned in line with our Returns Policy, any refund will be issued as store credit or back onto a gift card, not to cash or card.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

We reserve the right to exclude gift cards from promotional offers.

7. Balance Enquiries

The remaining balance on a gift card can be checked by contacting our customer service team.

8. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend a gift card if we suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in respect of gift cards is limited to the value of the gift card.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a gift card.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
