Thank you for choosing Solar Garden Lights. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, please follow these guidelines:

Faulty or Broken Items
Within 30 days of receipt: Please contact our customer support team immediately if your item arrives faulty or broken. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Replacement or Refund: Upon receipt of the faulty or broken item, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order or items in your order before we dispatch them by contacting our customer support team.

Important Notes
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are not faulty or broken. This includes items that were purchased in error or items that you simply no longer want.
